I’m a 30-year-old aspiring writer currently living in Madrid. I write short tales and novels but also would like to write film screenplays and comic-book scripts.
I’ve published several short stories on and offline in Spanish and French. You can read them through “Me han publicado” links in the sidebar. I eagerly await a chance to see my tales translated to English or, even better, published in that language.
I would also like to meet a skilled comic-book artist to work with. My mother tongue is Spanish and I’m bilingual in French so I would try to submit the project to French and Belgian publishers, as they are the most active in Europe. Spanish-speaking America would be another possibility and, why not, we could even try in the USA, as I’m working hard to improve my English.
My favorite artists may be (in no particular order) Jim Lee, Joe Quesada, Eduardo Barreto, Mike Mignola, John Byrne, Frank Miller, Arthur Adams and Alan Davis. I hate those who only depict muscles. I appreciate artists who not only make beautiful illustrations but know how to make a good story-telling, work with page structure, and whose characters are truly expressive. I’m not fond of manga style but I’d be willing to work with a manga-style artist if he has those skills.
Any kind of feedback in English is truly wellcome. You can contact me through this form:
